My journey into yoga
My journey with yoga began over ten years ago when I was searching for a way to manage stress and find balance in my hectic life. From my very first class, I was captivated by the transformative power of yogaā€”not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.
As I delved deeper into my practice, I decided to pursue formal training and became a certified yoga instructor. Teaching yoga has allowed me to share my passion with others and witness the incredible impact it can have on people's lives.
Today, I'm grateful to combine my love for yoga with the accessibility of online education, reaching students from all walks of life and guiding them toward a healthier, more mindful existence.
