My story

My journey in the culinary world began in a small kitchen in Spain, where I spent countless hours watching my grandmother prepare traditional dishes with love and care. Her passion for food ignited my own, leading me to pursue a career in the culinary arts.

After graduating from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, I worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe and Asia. These experiences enriched my understanding of global cuisines and refined my skills in both classic and modern cooking techniques.

Now, with over 20 years of professional experience, I am dedicated to sharing my knowledge and love for cooking with others. Through this online school, I aim to empower you to create delicious meals, explore new flavors, and develop your own culinary style.
